Repairing Torn Roof Felt

I have just bought a house and been up into the attic.

Repairing torn roof felt.

As the tiles are in a good state i don t have any leaks at present but i rather fix the problem before it becomes an issue. I rather not have to get all the tiles removed to repair them. They have been cut in flaps and are still attached to the underside of the roof.
